These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your registration for The Empire Takeover webinar offered by Presidential Empire LLC ("Presidential Empire," "we," "our," or "us"). By registering, paying, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

The webinar and what is included

The Empire Takeover is a live educational webinar hosted by Cassius Randell on Zoom. Your paid registration includes:

• Access to the live webinar session, including live Q&A
• The session recording, delivered by email within 24 hours of the session ending
• Pre-session resource documents
• The Empire Takeover E-Book
• Information about the Presidential Empire Mentorship (4-Month Term)

Session dates and times are announced by Presidential Empire and may change. If a session is rescheduled, your registration stays valid for the rescheduled session.

Registration and payment

Filling out the registration form does not reserve a seat. Your seat is confirmed only once your payment is complete. The current price is $50 per registrant, charged through a third-party payment provider.

Please use the same email address for your registration and your payment so your seat can be matched to you. Presidential Empire is not responsible for access problems caused by mismatched or mistyped email addresses.

No refunds

All sales are final. Because registrations include instant-delivery digital resources and session recordings, we do not offer refunds. Please see our Refund Policy for details. Starting a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first may result in loss of access.

Educational purposes only; no guarantees

The Empire Takeover and all related materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, tax, investment, or credit-repair advice, and no attorney-client or advisor-client relationship is created.

Results vary. Any examples, testimonials, or figures about credit improvement, business funding, income, or revenue describe individual experiences and are not promises or guarantees of what you will achieve. Approvals and funding decisions are made solely by lenders and financial institutions. Your results depend on your own circumstances, effort, and decisions.

Recordings, materials and intellectual property

All webinar content, recordings, e-books, resource documents, and branding are owned by Presidential Empire LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your registration gives you a personal, non-transferable license to view and use the materials for your own education.

You may not copy, resell, share, publish, or distribute the webinar, recordings, or materials, in whole or in part, without our written permission. Access links are for the registrant only.

Recording and participation

The live session may be recorded. By attending, you consent to the recording of the session, which may include your voice, name, or questions if you speak, type in chat, or appear on screen. If you prefer not to be included, keep your camera and microphone off and avoid sharing personal details in chat.

Conduct

When you attend or join our community channels, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse the host, staff, or other attendees
• Spam, advertise, or solicit other attendees
• Share your access links with people who have not registered
• Interfere with the session or attempt to disrupt our systems

We may remove anyone who violates these rules without refund.

Communications

By registering, you agree that Presidential Empire may contact you by email and, if you opt in, by text message about your registration, event reminders, the replay, and related offers. Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and reply STOP to opt out of texts. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Third-party services

We use third-party services such as Zoom, Telegram, payment processors, and e-book delivery platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The webinar, website, and materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Presidential Empire LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or materials, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your registration.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to use the website or attend our sessions after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
